Reidvale Housing Association

Reidvale Housing Association is an independent community-based housing association established in 1975 and based in the East End of Glasgow. Originally our aim was to preserve the tenement stock from demolition and we not only succeeded  in this but have since refurbished over 1000 tenemental flats, built 180 new flats and carried out traffic calming measures to most of our streets.  We currently own 887 properties and provide factoring services to over 200 owner-occupiers.
